EOS is a French company operating in the offshore maritime services sector. As data controller, EOS determines the purposes and means of all personal data processing carried out in the course of its activities.
This site does not use advertising tracking cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or invasive behavioural analytics scripts.
EOS does not collect sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (racial origin, health data, political opinions, biometric data, etc.).
Purpose: responding to commercial, technical or general enquiries submitted via the contact form.

The contact form on this site uses the Formspree service (Formspree Inc., United States). Formspree acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. Data entered in the form passes through Formspree's servers before being forwarded to EOS by email.
In accordance with the EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854, applicable from September 2025), EOS undertakes to be able to migrate to an equivalent EU-hosted provider upon reasoned request from a professional client subject to specific sector-specific regulatory obligations.
This site is hosted by OVHcloud (SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). Navigation data is processed on servers located in France and the European Union. OVHcloud is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant.
Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States). This operation may involve transmitting the visitor's IP address to Google. Users sensitive to this transfer are invited to use a content blocker or disable third-party font loading in their browser.
Map tiles are provided by CartoDB / CARTO (CARTO DB Inc., Spain — European Union). No personally identifiable data is transmitted to CARTO when viewing the interactive map.
Beyond these periods, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
